Time to Update Senator Everett Dirksen

This is clearly outdated. Today it would have to read:

"A trillion here, a trillion there, pretty soon it adds up to no money."

I saw this on a sign in a photo of a tea party: "Don’t Tell Obama What’s After a TRILLION".
