Since the image is symmetrical it must not be an actual place with two crosses.

Beyond that I agree with bob, what or where is it?

If my memory serves correctly,I believe I saw this along I-40 in Oklahoma or Texas. Although there is another one which I believe is in either Indiana or Missouri.

Groom, Texas---in the panhandle, about 40 miles east of Amarillo.
