Why kill them? Why not simply put them under the jurisdiction of the Israelis or Egyptians or whomever?

I'm not certain that those who support giving habeus to terrorists have thought this out. Where do they believe such people will get better treatment, Gitmo or an Egyptian military prison?

Take no prisoners; that's not quite what I blogged, but it was indeed my first thought: depending on the outcome of the coming onslaught of litigation, Take No Prisoners might very well become an implicit battlefield tactic. It'll never be written down, but it wouldn't have to be.
