Hopefully by then Iran will be giving off too much radiation for our troops to enter. Hopefully by then Iran will have experienced an open-air explosion conversion. Hopefully by then Iran will have seen the light.

Iran has done what to us? No proof they support terror. Who overturned their democratically elected leader in 1953? Who installed the Shaw who as just as big a killer of his own people as Saddam. And what was that reason? Oh, nationalizing the oil industry. ahem. America you have lost your way. Return to the Constitution and read the founding fathers. Also, if you even consider yourself christians, wanting to kill, destroy, nuke, is the farthest thing from the Preachings of Christ. Look into your own souls before wishing death upon others.

Would that be Robert Shaw or Paul Levi Shaw?

Perhaps The Shah of Iran who, though he was brutal, was a piker compared to Saddam and the Mullahs.

I can't speak for others but I have looked into my soul and found it, as most do, lacking when it comes to compassion for the killers and the demagogues of the Earth.

The fact still stands: the CIA helped to overthrow a Democratically elected leader in Iran in 1953 because of his nationalizing the oil industry in their own country. Our constant meddling is what has caused the radicalization of the Islamic world. This is blowback. We have zero business over there. If you have no compassion for all, you have none for the few. Do not even consider yourself a follower of Christ's teachings. Get your house in order before trying to organize someone else's.

The US behavior of 1953, of taking down the (already weak) Mossadegh may have greatly upset a number of Iranians. Perhaps not, though, as by that time Mossadegh's own political party had abandoned him.

However, you would think that taking US sovereign territory, the US Embassy, for 444 days would, by now, have gotten the angst out of their system. Had that been the reason for the Iranian ire.

Iran is pretty open about supporting the terrorists of Hamas and Hezbollah. It's not a secret that they've been waging a proxy war against the US.

The deeper problem is that they ask us to believe that they misled the IAEA, and are building all those centrifuges, and risking sanctions, just to generate electricity. They must have a very big Edison Complex. Or is it Edison Envy?
