Restored Footage: Raiders of the Lost Ark (1951) Trailer

Other than a few anachronisms, it was great. I think I'd prefer that version of the film.

As a huge Chuck Heston fan, I'm ticked that Paramount won't release this film. I didn't know it existed until this post.

And the soundtrack, so ... Goldsmithian.

Um - you mean, "This is a fake, independent, non-profit trailer?" Is that what's so wrong with this picture? Still - given the choice between Harrison Ford's politics and Charleton Heston's, I prefer the "fake". Also, Heston was one gorgeous hunk of a man! That scene in Ben Hur when he's ascending the stairs to see his healed mother and sister? Oh, man! The raft and chains scene isn't bad either.

I think I would like to see that film.

I'd like to see Jimmy Stewart as "Forrest Gump" and Bob Hope in the 1954 version of "Ghostbusters".

Hey, I know! How about Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland in the 1938 version of "Fast Times at Ridgemont High"?

"""" Hey, I know! How about Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland in the 1938 version of "Fast Times at Ridgemont High"? """""

With Rooney as Spicoli? Leo Gorsey ("Gashouse Gang/Bowery Boys") would be better.

What's wrong? Peter Lorre as a gunsel. Don't you realize that it unacceptable to stigmatize homosexuals as psychotic killers?
