Good catch on the nitpick, Rev. Sensing, but do you remember Windows 2? (Especially compared to the early Mac OS?) What an awful clunker that was!

I think they were cutting MS a little slack, that Win95 wasn't so bad after Windows 3.11---of course, some of us remember Win95 had a lot of problems until Service Pack 2.

They could have gone back farther and mentioned how DOS 6 sucked after DOS 5 and DOS 4 REALLY sucked after DOS 3, but I suppose most of the market isn't old enough to remember
