Are We Better Off Today Than We Were One Year Ago?

Yes, but don't forget: Jimmy Carter? "He gave us Reagan." Barack Obama? "He gave us _______!!!"

And just two minutes ago I heard on the local NBC affiliate's late newscast that (I am not making this up) during Obama's first year in office, the White House has declined in value from $308 million to $292 million.

Really.

Barack Obama - making our national monuments worth less than ever!

I do not agree with his methods, but if years from now we can look back and say that this President finally pissed off the citizenry enough that they got off their fat behinds and took their government back from the politicians and the special interests, then I might rank him among the most important Presidents. Otherwise...to the dung heap.

The US is much better off this year than when Mr. Obama took the oath of office last year. We are now 25% through his term, only three years to go.

I hope we can last that long.

Well, according to Obama himself the evil Bush thwarted the Obama agenda. That´s a considerable legacy! Though one might say that "He kept America safe" already covers that.
