Are you kidding me? Are you farggin' kidding me?

I think he just says what sounds good, it doesn't have any connection to reality. He's not a liar, he just doesn't grok the concept of truth. Some folks have trouble coming to grips with that oddity and it leaves them at a loss in understanding his behaviour.

He is a liar, a pathological liar, who thinks that he can get away with lying, because, up until now, no one has ever called him out.

A good con man always believes his con, even though he knows its a con.

"Pay As You Go" subscribes to the Barbara Boxer theory that a tax cut actually "costs" money, which is clearly identified as Item #7 on the list of Things That Give You Away As A Clueless Dipshit.

And ladies and gents, that is exactly how we need to start treating it. "Ah, now we know you're a clueless dipshit! So noted, Senator/Congressman/President."

Obama is just so fuuuuuuull of shit. It's time for the Level IV Ridicule to be deployed.

The sad thing is that so many of O's supporters will take him at his word on this and everything else he says. We who lurk in the blogosphere (which is often merely an echo chamber for our own views) are sadly a very small part of this country and we become explosively irate at the audacity (if I can borrow the term) of his lies. However, when I talk to some of the younger generation who are not politically engaged, I see that they truly believe the things that he spouts and they can not understand why some of us oppose him so. In this regard, O's lies are accomplishing exactly what he wants.

All statists know in their gut that the bigger lie you tell, the more deceitful you are,the more likely you are to get away with it because honest people won't believe you are capable of such crap. Obama is a statist from the word go and the most dangerous man in the White House in history.

The sad part is that there are more than a few people in whose gruel 0bama could dump a load -right in front of their eyes- and they would insist it was Coq au vin.

He cannot be The Man. But he is The Man.

He's writing the record, silly.

Once the ... conflicting narratives are all safely edited out, it will all make perfect sense to the students of the history of the Glorious People's Revolution.

Yep. We've got ourselves a real winner.

His disconnect from reality is really quite stunning.

Any parent can recognize Obama's behavior if you remove him from the adult matrix in your head, and instead remember the last time a five year old tried to pull a fast one on you. A clear and obvious bit of rule-breaking gets rapidly submerged under a story so spectacular and ridiculous that you don't know whether to wring your hands or raise them in a victory salute to the creative monster you begot.

Obama clearly will keep it up with the world-class whoppers until his last breath. Even if he's termed out/voted out/impeached, he'll still broadcast his delusions as widely as he possibly can.

The brazen jive that makes a child maddeningly adorable jams the cognitive gears in our heads when an adult offers it up. All we can do is shine the bright lights on the truth, and keep laughing right up to the minute when we must take the safety off the gun.

We were warned.

"Obama's Blank Screen Deception" by Tony Blankley @ http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2009/01/obamas_collectivist_nationalis.html on January 28, 2009

"President Barack Obama ... said of himself in "The Audacity of Hope," "I serve as a blank screen on which people of vastly different political stripes project their own views."

"It is indeed audacious that he should proclaim this consciously disingenuous attribute. And as one reads his inaugural address, it is hard not to conclude that it was crafted shrewdly to perpetuate such confusion.

"Run-of-the-mill politicians try to hide their duplicity. Only the most gifted of that profession brag that they intend to confound and confuse the public. Such an effort is beyond ingenious; it is brazenly ingenuous."

He's right we're tired of being lied to, 1.6 trillion times we're tired of being lied to.
