Whenever they start shrieking about vile tactics and evil motivations in people who oppose them, they are describing their own tactics and motivations in analogous situations. They have no insight into the tactics and motivations of their opponents because they can't see opponents, only their own souls in mirrors and on projection screens.

Nancy Pelosi calls for investigation of the people behind opposition to the Cordoba House project. Her default assumption is that they are hired shills and doers of political dirty tricks, because if the situation were reversed she would send shills and dirty-tricksters in a heartbeat -- it wouldn't be a question of "whether", only of "how much can we spend?"

They have plenty of mirrors. What they don't have is windows.

Metaphorically they don't like to come out in the light of day. This would require them to operate in the open and do things like petition for Constitutional Amendments instead of relying on judges, and to abide by the results of voter referendums. They've always known that the general public would see them for what they really are if they weren't duplicitous. Our tax money is their life-sustaining blood.

One of the best and quickest ways to make to make a commie-lib appear foolish is to ask them to explain the conservative view on something. Commie-libs live in such a tight bubble they don`t know what an opponent is arguing. It holds true for any topic. Our snail-like commenter posting the faggot comment is exhibit A. We do not want Epa regulating CO2 because we have secret air supplies. We do not like minimum wage laws because we all have sweatshops in our garage. We do not like freeing felons because we are racist. Because commie-libs have no ideas based on reason and argument. neither does anyone else. Because commie-libs decide all issues based on emotion and race\gender\class then everyone does. They do not know our reasons because they haven't received permission to listen to anyone outside the party.
