Digital Killed the Photography Star: A photograph that is a photograph of photographers photographing the most photographed barn in America.

Ansel Adams yawns.

Well, actually, it isn't the scene Jeff Clow saw there several weeks ago, nor would he see today. According to my numerous sources on the ground in Jackson Hole, it's been snowing most of May and now it's raining and flooding. The Tetons are covered in snow. If you notice there's no white in that photo. What you've posted is a late August/early September scene....

Good try though.

"This photo was taken on August 28, 2006 using a Nikon D70." Timeless.. and timely... I have to say, I am addicted to digital photography and especially digital photography editing and I'm shamelessly amateur. Will try my hand at digital video editing ASAP, as I've seen some amazing homemade video work done with basic programs. Gives a new twist to the old classic "home videos", that is for sure. Artistically fulfilling and practically versitile (and forgiving via the "undo" option. I admit, my generation is spoiled and my kids' gen will be even more spoiled with the instant gratification digital offers.
