If Obama "doesn't need" all that extra money, he should write a big check to the treasury department (bureau of the public debt) which will happily accept the extra unneeded money. He should just quit trying to steal more money from us.

I'm going to go ahead and assume from Obama's statement that he is voluntarily giving his "excess" income, in the form of a check, to the Internal Revenue Service this year.
