More Obama I Say. MORE O!-BA!-MA!

Didn't the federal gov't just roll out in NYC a cell phone 'app' that enables them to send a text to every phone? Wasn't it touted as a precursor to a nationwide program? Didn't they say you would not be able to opt out?

Love your idea.

You're right. More.

I agree. More Obama.

I read that book long ago. Nineteen Eighty Four.

Now the 'app' on the cell phone. as mentioned above, can make it true.

Yes, more Obama! (I'm heavily invested in syrup of Ipecac futures.)

At least he didn't thank Admiral Mullen for his excellent service as a corpse-man.

Also - don't they teach 'winging it' in the fancier schools?

Surely he would have many a rollicking good yarn to tell of his boyhood years in Indonesia, to fill in these awkward teleprompter BSOD? After all, writing a book about something is guaranteed to sear it in one's brain...

Also, it's hard not to see the cogs turning in that minuscule brain, planning a whole new meaning to the phrase 'boot sequence' for whomever had the misfortune to be running the teleprompter that day.

Alas, as much as I see the man as a complete and utter dolt, I'm guessing that he was waiting for all of the sailors to file in, which in itself is a bit ridiculous, since in my experience everyone else first takes their places, and then the great man arrives with much fan fare, and the playing of Hail to the Chief by the Marines from down the street.

Well, that first one minute and 21 seconds was the Present-Dent at his most profound.

I am certainly not a BHO fan...and I so wanted this to be him being just awful...but I suspect he was waiting for the 21 gun salute to finish. It probably takes about a min or so...having stood through many salutes (though only one 21 gun salute). Sorry.
