What has Wall Street Ever Done for Us?

Useful idiots.

Interesting take on it all. He mentions that many of the protestors are college graduates with no jobs. He also mentions that none are engineering or science grads. Well, duh?

O'Reilly ran a segment on his show last night that observed that there are plenty of craft jobs (electricians, plumbers, tool and die makers, etc.) that are going unfilled. The problem is that since our schools have all but eliminated wood shop, metal shop, and vo-tech, young people aren't getting the training and education in useful skills that can lead to real world jobs. That is not Wall Street's fault. The Department of Education is where the protestors should be doing their thing.

A cursory observation of the Skagit County area shows many signs in restaurantand retail windows advertising for help. There are jobs out there - just not high paying, cushy jobs.

The hypocrisy runs even deeper considering Wall Street supported Obama in the elections.

What a shame there are no jobs in Woman's Studies or Black Studies.
Actually if any had taken the old 'Basketweaving' and 'Flower arranging' courses what a wonderful world they would have, one with jobs caning chairs or mortuary decorating.
