True, but try convincing the people that benefit from NOT looking at performance why they should move to the back of the bus. That's the way they see any objective test. If they lose, the test is wrong and you are evil for expecting them to take the test. Failure doesn't follow them because it's stuck to their shoe. They do whatever is necessary to recreate failure. Check out what happens to pro athletes after they retire. Something liek 80% of NBA players are bankrupt soon after they retire. You seldom can escape character and habits. It's possible, but not likely. It doesn't matter if you are poor white trash or some hip-hop gang banger. Someone from either culture can succeed, but not by holding onto their bad habits and familiar patterns.

Objectivity is the exception in human societies. There is a reason why the people with a certain history, habits, ideas advanced and the rest of the world just settled for importing the advances or moving to the advanced areas.
