a chicken taquito with a good hot sauce is really a lot like a stick of dynamite.
That doesn't go off until the next morning....

A stick of dynamite? In what universe? Most Mexican food, and a chicken taquito in particular, is relatively bland. And good salsa doesn't burn (unlike Thai food, for example).

jwm - Well, I'm not sure about Mexican food but quite a lot of cuisines that use many spices get distorted away from their country of origin. Indian food, for example, prepared by Indians for Indians is nowhere near as hot as the stuff sold in British curry houses.
