Comments: 3rd World Problems? Don't Get Smart.
The article discusses a panel's finding that seventy five billion dollars additional spending for sixteen carefully targeted programs would do a lot to alleviate a whole raft of problems in the Third World.
Here's the problem: that idea could only work if coupled with the re-colonization of most Third World countries. Allowing any of them to retain their own governments when giving them aid accomplishes nothing but filling the bank accounts of some of the most detestable, worthless criminals on the planet.
If Third World countries wants to see their problems solved, they will have to request what is, in essence, rule by foreigners. We're tapped out as it is, and we can no longer afford to give them aid on the honor system. Accountants, auditors, and comptrollers from here on out.
Or, they could turn to the Chinese.

Yep. The Chinese are, in fact, their last choice, but they take that also to be a great improvement. While South Africa was still ruled under Aparteid, SA was the number one destination for African illegals. By far. Was.
