The first step is to hang the RINO (Moderate) Governors, clearing the way for officials of stalwart heart. Then crank that starter.

Exactly, do what they've been doing for decades with bullshit environmental extortionist groups suing to stop oil drilling and refining, construction of nuclear power plants, suffocating any kind of business development...
Time to monkeywrench the shit out of them!!

I agree that we have means by which to fight.
a) we are able to define who "we" are, and
b) we have the will to fight those who are not "we"
all the weapons in the world are useless.
I know who I am. But until the rest of "us" gain an identity, it's all for nothing. One cannot fight the Bad Guys until one knows who the Good Guys are.
They say that the truth will set you free. Until we face the truth -- the Three Truths -- there can be no struggle for freedom.

Support Mark Levin's Landmark Legal Foundation. Not only is he suing the EPA to stop their impending destruction of US coal, but to keep them from destroying records about their assault on coal.
Do SOMETHING or stop bitching.
Mark Levin makes the last few months of his radio show freely available at his web site marklevinshow.com. Listen to the first 35 minutes of his podcast on Nov 7 and understand why John Boehner must be thrown out of House leadership. We have big influence if we will do SOMETHING. Stop talking and start doing.

Governors have executive authority. Their attorneys general lawsuits do not get dismissed as frivolous. As opposed to, say, People for the Evil Treatment of Anuses (PETA). Levin is great, but we need government on government cage matches. Much like a women-in-prison film, but without the redeeming aesthetic value.
