If you are a US citizen (or UK one, or citizen of any democracy for that matter) and you are a Muslim then you are a traitor - or at least seditionist. If you are a non-citizen Muslim living in such a country then you are an enemy belligerent. i don't see the problem here!
Incidentally, it was Mohammed HEDUH who declared war on civilisation - nearly 1400 years ago.

And continues to attack; the number of attacks by the forces of 7th century superstition and savagery (since 9/11, which was an act of war by any definition) is now well over twenty thousand. Nearly all of which have caused multiple casualties.
