Republicans Thirst For Death

Hmmm... nice combo, Jerry.

Food for thought.

TThe speech is not about SALES of cars, real estate, or whatever. The speech is about Show Business especially HOLLYWOOD business practices.

Years ago a script writer wrote an essay on the subject. I think it was Rob Long but I may be mistaken.

About 10,000 of us need to send this to Juan McLame and Miss Lindsay.

If Brietbart could speak to us from beyond, I'm guessing he'd sound like this guy.

If they let him leave the room without feeding him his own testicles then they deserve the speech they got. He wouldn't have left the room 'intact' had I been there.

I don't watch much media, so don't know what time-frame this is supposed to be. It looks like '50's or '60's to me, in which case these folks would have been vets of WWII.

If that is the case, I suspect Mr. gold watch would have been asked politely to leave: one time.

I can't imagine my father allowing this loudmouth to abuse a room full of men who faced German and Japanese bullets and lived to tell about it; and he was peacable. Perhaps Belgium-Luxembourg in '44 and '45 had something to do with that.

Sorry, can't come up with much "willing suspension of disbelief."

Later in the movie, Tony Roma played by Pacino is in a bar selling a guy and he delivers this line. Im paraphrasing...
"Most train cars smell vaguely of shit. After a while you get to where you don't notice it".
Replace trains with politicians, washington, etc. and it seems like a pretty fair explanation of how we got where we are. We got to where we didnt notice.

To my honor, and shame, that kind of thing always works on me. Spins me up good. Makes me sharpen myself and move. It's a good feeling, but it has a hangover and a side-effect; now I can pass on the dark gift and spin others up. Once again into the breech and all that. Love it!
