George W. Bush The Night of 9-11-01: "Disbelief, terrible sadness and a quiet, unyielding anger."

GOD BLESS THE HEROES!

"We will make no distinction between the terrorists who committed these acts and those who harbor them."

Curse you George W Bush. You had the power and the justification to annihilate as much of Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iran, etc. as necessary and you made our hero soldiers walk through the streets of Crapistan trying to earn the respect of goat molesters. You allowed the Saudis to fly around the US and pick up their precious Princes, after financing the murderous scum that caused Sept 11. You allowed Pakistan to play their double game for/against America. And for good measure you talked and talked about the murderous possibility of Iran and North Korea completing their nuclear ambitions and holding us and others hostage, and then you left office doing almost nothing about either. In fact, GWB EASED banking sanctions on the Norks to try and get them to negotiate while they were on the verge of collapse due to cash starvation.

I will never forgive you George Bush. The instant incineration of tens of millions of Muslims before the end of Sept 2001 would be the least you could have done in response to that terrible day. May God damn to Hell any and all politicians that waste another day while we have nuclear weapons in warehouses, waiting to be dismantled, and "radical muslims" congregating in sanctuaries planning the next Sept 11. THEY declared war on all of us. While we would like to bend the threat curve by 4-5% per year in this multi-generation effort to reduce the recent unpleasantness.

This war should have ended in a bright flash and the creation of the world's largest parking lot in 2001. Fuck their filthy little moon god.

"Disbelief, terrible sadness and a quiet, unyielding anger."

Seems so, Scott M. Had similar thoughts meself; but you express them much more cogently.

Moreover, W paved the way for the current craven cunt.

No American president we have ever had would have taken America in that direction, not one. (not even Andrew Jackson)
There are some things we have to do and certain ways we have to act because of who we are and what where we came from.

That being said, I think a quorum of past Presidents would have approved of what we did in Afghanistan in that first six months, as long as we left as soon as the Taliban government fell. Maybe just a couple of dirty bombs dropped on a certain black rock in the desert, as long as we gave reasonable warning for the people to evacuate. Nah, that would be giving in to superstition.

George cared about the people and the future of the USA, but he should have remembered that he couldn't control the actions of the next president. He's the guy who pissed away all that blood, treasure and effort.

W had, as every POTUS has had since Ike, the power to end all life in vast troublesome regions in the next 30 minutes. We make excuses and after those excuses we pick up the next group of victims, make solemn declarations, and then more excuses. The problem remains only because we value the life and culture of enemies as much as our citizens. That is sick and unnecessary.

Ther will be a nuclear war with Islam. It is immoral to allow them to decide when and where.
