Most of the world is far too rough for that kind of fashion. There are probably only a few thousand people world-wide who are interested in dressing like that. The uniform of a kept woman, or that you aspire and are advertising to become one: a brood mare in a gilded stable.

It's like looking at and owning Bugatti's and Ferrari's, and about as satisfying. Escorting your trophy companion dressed like that, is just as troublesome as gallivanting about in your super car.
