Regarding the Cats

Perhaps we should post fewer cute cat pictures, and more cat-with-another-dead bird pictures.

Probably wouldn't help though; some women are just naturally drawn to wife-beaters and serial killers.

Looks like I have miss-identified this blog as on I'd like to read.

Fixed now.

Having just buried a beloved 15-year-old tabby that I had for almost 13 years-- and who stayed strictly indoors and never went anywhere near a bird-- I don't find this post the least bit funny.

Shame on you.

And you think humans should have a telepathic awareness of your situation because?

I saw this post not as anti-cat, but as another example of the do-gooders' futile efforts to set Mother Nature right. PA Cat needs to get out more.

@BillH: precisely. When the do-gooders get involved in trying to make nature into a kinder, gentler Disney park, unintended consequences abound, to the benefit of neither nature nor man.

My three spoiled felines keep me company indoors and have never killed a bird in their lives (not for lack of desire to do so, however). The Maine Coon will walk outside on a harness, but keeping the fleas off of him was a constant battle, so he stays inside with the others now.

Exactly so, BillH.

Because... Solipsism!

Personally I thought the write up was rather funny, descriptive, and a good indication of how unhinged the original writer was.

Exactly so!
