When my youngest daughter was 4 or 5, we were on a long trip to see family and I accelerated the big Ford wagon with the V8 to pass a truck on the highway.

From the back seat I hear her screaming with delight, "Faster daddy! Faster!"

I had to pull over I was laughing so hard. So was the rest of the family.

I'm not sure how many of you know what a dirt latemodel is, but its a 2,100 lb dirt oval track race car with a HP rating in excess of 750hp. Every Saturday before race evening where we lived (your typical fly over area)I would be getting the car ready to leave for the track. I would run the car out to the main highway to make sure everything was up to snuff. My youngest son loved that car and the sound of the engine. He would beg me to take him with me, one day I relented and he hopped into the seat with me and off we went....I opened it up and I could hear him screaming, "faster dad, faster" when I returned to the shop his older brother threw a fit and wanted to take that ride too. So in he hops........and I asked him, "are you ready and he shouted ......yep!" I could hear him screaming and pounding on the deck of the car....he was screaming........STOP, STOP, STOP"....he made me promise not to tell his younger brother that it scared him...!
