WoW! Doesn't seem like it's been 2 years already, more like 1.
You know what they say, life is like a roll of shit paper. The closer you get to the end the faster it goes.
Posted by ghostsniper at March 1, 2014 1:42 PMMy gosh, has it really been two years? It still feels like I just saw that awful headline. I felt like I had been slugged in the gut. It literally took my breath away for a few moments.
Mr. Vanderleun, do you remember when you first heard the news that JFK had been shot? I was 12 and in my typing class and when I heard the news it seemed like the world in front of my eyes lurched to the left. Can't explain it, but this was kind of like that.
I miss that guy. He knew what to say.

Listened to some of his YouTube videos.
One wonders how is wife and four children are coping.
Posted by grace at March 1, 2014 10:01 PMI was in 3rd grade at North Middleton Township Elementary School in Carlisle, PA when I heard. Mr Karlovich the principal came over the loudspeakers in the classrooms and announced there would be an assembly in the cafeteria at 1 pm. All us younguns sat quietly on the carpet as the principal made the announcement that JFK was assasinated. I barely knew who he was. Some lady teachers started crying. No grief counselors were summoned. All of us are still suffering deeply from post traumatic stress and we should garner a class action against the gov't.

God bless Andrew, and I hope he's praying for us.
