That end wrench and crescent wrench show that we're dealing with a fake plumber. Everybody knows real plumbers use only pliers, vice-grips, pipe wrenches and other primitive tools guaranteed to deface, round-off, or just plain destroy any fitting or fixture that gets in the way.

I think he's a real plumber. He's probably just trying to make things better for the customer. You know. Costs and all. Throw in a little laughter.
