Comments: The bleakness of American culture leads one to despair. Subtract technology and nothing is left.

Why take the time to sort all that out when you can get a serious dose from Pelkey at 1830 on NBC Nightly News. He'll tell you everything AND give it the proper spin. After that, you can go back to staring at the ceiling.

People of Faith have a logical idea of what Life is all about. I'm good with that.

"American Culture" has become an oxymoron.

2nd Coming, coming?,
Couldn't it all been said and done at the 1st?
What wasn't learned or practiced, so that the world seems so left back? Is it that all world leaders depress us, so so many of us don't aspire?
Is it just electronic diversions, or is it something else? Lots of books still make sense. Do we need patrons for the arts and have easy drugs degraded too many minds?
Newspaper readership, movie attendance, casino revenues are down. Is it maybe too many people are feeling a financial pinch?
Maybe we need to be more of our own leaders and turn our lives into works of art and beauty.
