At some point they wake up or become extinct. We need to take matters into our own hands here through the States. Tell the Feds to bugger off.
When the Federal courts render an opinion, thanks them for that opinion and do what you intended to do. Just what can the Feds do, hold back highway transportation funds? Tell them to patrol the roads and plow them in the winter.
