If the gov't thugs are as good at maintenance as they are at shooting their equipment is borderline failing at any given moment.
The only way they hit anything is if they fire 87 bullets at it, and then only 3 hit the target, and 44 hit innocent bystanders and other gov't thugs, the rest go who knows where.
They're all a bunch of retarded little school gurlz. The hollow bravado ballz they parade around with are purchased with stolen money.
