Comments: Do we pass laws any more?

This has been true of legislation since at least the early 90's, if not earlier. This has been building up over time, just waiting for the American people to vote in a malicious power-grabbing idiot to add the cherry on top of the giant bureaucratic ice cream sundae.

Your liberty is safe. Obama and Anthony Kennedy is the man that will decide. It is so much more efficient now that we have replaced the Constitution and checks & balances with two men's whims.

since we haven't repealed any laws, just passed more and more, I would guess that there is a definite set of laws covering every law passed nullifying everything on the books.

These clowns never go back and remove any statute; they hope that what was passed covers screw-ups not removed. Wanna bet they didn't. Lawyers will take that bet.
