The founding fathers made it clear that if a law was unconstitutional, then it was no law at all. That the citizens of the United States were the final authority and should simply disregard unconstitutional law. They always viewed the people as the arbiters of constitutionality, not courts.

As Dineesh Dsouza warned back in 2012, after a point (and that point might be before the 2016 election/2017 new administration) Obie damage to the nation could reach the tipping point and after that it's all moot.

We are past the "tipping point" and people are falling out of the kettle but don't even realize it. Only the dead bodies of their kin will awaken these folks from their television induced coma.
