I think you're wrong. You have absolutely no moral obligation to do anything to or for your fellow citizens who live in the ghetto. Most of them are nothing more than parasitic lifers….screw 'em and let them fend for themselves.

The people living in those 'ghettos' have a responsibility to step up and clean out the trash living in their midst.
If they're not going to shoot the druggies, toss out the welfare cheats, kick ass on the ones slummin' in there dragging down the neighborhood, then I don't have any obligation to do squat for them.
A helping hand starts with helping yourself. Stop with the handout give each other a hand up.

If the ghetto dwellers want a better life THEY have to step up and call the police and testify against the thugs. Very few of them do that. You and I cannot care enough about the ghetto dwellers to overcome their non-participation in civil responsibilities. It's more important, to them, they maintain their group cohesion than they lose another generation to the thugs. If everyone in the ghetto whining about the drug laws being used to lock up their children stop buying, selling , and using drugs the drugs would be gone without the cops. But that's hard work and has consequences for them. Better to demand Whitey pull the heavy load, and then bitch about what a terrible job he is doing, than risk being known as "acting white" in the ghetto.

To the delusional idiot communist: I have a full time job running my life, which in part entails avoiding retarded boneheads bent on telling me what I must do, so there is little time leftover for trying to help others that have no concerns about helping themselves.

Best thing we can do is cordon off the ghettos. Serious lockdown, like those cage fights we see on TV. Let all them know-it-alls that think they're smarter than us White folks settle things for themselves.
We need more Detroits, except with fences around them.
