The guy in the black coat has just gotten the command to plunge the knife into his own left ear for being so stupid as to wear black under the blazing desert sun. Even ISIS has standards of stupidity limits.
The Uncle Sammish looking guy is saved as well by wearing an orange jump suit -- he needs only to protect himself against orange-eating fructophiles. Hopefully, they won't cotton to his densely linted navel.
