Beating Bush: The 42% President

I thought the bars in Seattle served Kool Aid. Am I mistaken?

"I wonder what they do now..."
They blame Bush.

They do what losers always do. They hang around with other losers.

They shift the blame, minimize the loss, compare with anything less than what their loss is.

They try to level the field by putting everyone else down.

They act like it is all part of larger strategy, moving back a couple of steps to get a good running jump at it.

They never admit defeat because the cause is never-ending, one battle after another and never go back and pick up the pieces.

They use Alinsky's playbook and side-step the loss in front of them.

Oh, look! A rabbit!

Whoops. Forgot.
Gerard, that guy was swaggering and feeling all full of himself? That guy was ripe for a good hard punch in the face.
Celebrate Assholes Get a Punch in the Face Day any day of any month. There's more than enough assholes to go around.

The day will come when the bush haters will be in nursing homes, drooling on themselves and blaming Bush because the prunes aren't working.

My colonized friends are now on about how Bush took more vacation days than Obama. Next it will probably be Obama is taller.

But let me tell this, and you're getting it straight from the horse, Obama vas better looking than Bush, he vas a better dresser than Bush, had more hair, told funnier jokes, and could dance the pants off Bush!

Who gives a shit?
They're communists, you're not.
Don't waste one more second thinking about them.

Obama, no tin god he. He's corroded, corrupted heartless metal, doesn't have the mettle, and will never earn a worthwhile medal.
He's the face of disgrace on his own ant-Hill Rushmore.

I was thinking about this recently. As I wrote a year ago;
Someone I’ve known for forty years came to visit for the weekend, a bond trader in NYC who lives on L.I. He and his wife are the oldest friends I have. They are good people. I learned (years ago) not to talk about politics, our views couldn’t be farther apart.

It's been over a year since I wrote this. From a blog post I did on the Zimmerman Trial and how it personally effected me.
http://onthenorthriver.com/2013/07/14/zimmerman-not-guilty-all-charges/

"At the house, we cooked, drank wine, ate fresh bread and olive oil. Dinner was in stages, everything was good.
Then he made a remark about the Zimmerman trial. I responded, hotly. He started to scream at me. I responded. All together it lasted about three minutes (I guess). He and his wife decided to leave and drive back to Long Island tonight.
I don’t think I’ll ever see either of them ever again."

A week later the Zimmerman verdict came in. And I never did hear from them again. You're so lucky Gerald that everything stayed '50's cool, so very William Powell'ish. To this day I can't believe the uncontrollable burst of anger (on both sides) and I am very thankful that no blows were exchanged. As I wrote in my post, what is Zimmerman to me, or me to Zimmerman? If a young black man is dead why should that be important to two white men both who choose to live in two very white towns?

What was wound up so tight in me that I had no chance at all to stop it? Was it the smug tone in which my former friend spoke (what he actually said, even then, I have no recall whatsoever) or intellectual outrage at the challenge? Not. Typical. Behavior. Not for me, nor my former friend to the best of my knowledge. I suppose I'll never really know.

I blame Obama, he (without a doubt) will blame Bush.

One of the reasons I enjoy AD is the remarkable accounts shared, such as John's. I'd already been "cut-off' in the run up to 2008, so by the time the Zimmerman media trial came around, I was already by myself. (well, I did fill in "White Hispanic" on a form at the doctors office, my wife begging me to remove it) The last remaining contact from my NYC chapter wrote and asked what I thought about the Christie/Clinton match for 2016. I thought for a bit, and then wrote back detailing just how Big Chris would be utilized in the Cruz administration. I'm yet to hear back from him. Sooo, my email contacts continue to dwindle...
