Comments: Anthony Watts reminds us of what the settled scientists were saying half-a-decade ago:

These guys got their degrees from the 'Close Cover Before Striking' mail in test. One has to wonder how many burned their fingers taking the test.

See? See what happens when nobody stands up and gives 'em a good hard punch in the face.

My uncle Louie Lozko, we all called him "Letsgo Lozko", he raised bantam chickens. None of the chickens got warm at all except in the summertime when everything got warm.

Anyone who says 'the science is settled' needs a good punch in the face, followed by a discreet knee to the groin.

Contrary to popular belief, Science is not a collection of facts we all believe in. It is a process for learning about the world. Theory is nice, but experiment is King. Show us the data! And your calculations. Anyone who will not is trying to sell you something.

If your theory and predictions do not match real-world observations, your theory is wrong. It's as simple as that.

As for the bantam chickens, those little sumbitches are the living descendants of velociraptors. I wouldn't be messing with 'em.

@Steve — Thanks for the validation. Uncle Letsgo would be proud. As a matter of fact, I live down near the border in NM and most of the farmers and ranchers have chickens and cats roaming their land, especially near the house and outbuildings. They keep the rattlesnakes away.

Global warming, climate change ... The seasons, Winter, Autumn [Fall], Spring, Summer, need one more, "Open," open season on those who've cheated away $billions from taxpayers, via corrupt 'scientists,' ignorant altruists, Porcine Pied Pipers [Al Gore, et al], and government shills.
