Time will show that Obama's regime is a blessing in disguise, though passing through a nightmarish time of awakening.

The European leeches, parasites were pleased to divert the funds required to maintain an adequate military to promoting Socialism -- tax-wasting welfare for the competent but lazy -- and enticements to deadly Muslim immigration. Europe is now reaping what they have sown. If they wake up soon enough to their responsibilities they may yet stave off dissolution of their traditional, fruitful Western values. Activist Muslim minorities in European towns and cities are well along in accelerating the rot of those old values. Hooray for Obama in forcing the wake-up call to the Europeans to take care of themselves.
Likewise, Obama's sabotage of favorable-to the USA authoritarian/tyrannic Islamic regimes in the Middle East has demonstrated to all remaining Islamic regimes in the area that we cannot be trusted for long term support, that we have adopted a blatant form of Islamic takkiya [lying, dissimulation] to screw whomever we desire in order to gain some advantage for ourselves. Obama's smiles are now grotesque, as ghoulish in a way as when he opposed rescue of newborns surviving botched abortions.
Obama's desired outcomes of diminishment of the USA's influence in Europe and Middle East as well as on Russia and China, are well advanced.
The deadly antagonisms among the various major and minor Islam sects have been unleashed, and will spread to Asian Muslim populaces in the near future. Indonesia, Pakistan, Afghanistan are the current training grounds for greater Islamic internecine mayhem. China will deal brutally and effectively with any Muslim uprising. Russia will do likewise. Iran will continue to be drained as it supports Shia causes. Saudi Arabian princes and princesses in their 1000's will be targets for kidnappings for ransom. The Arab Gulf states will try to bribe their way to continuing existence and will eventually pay pauperizing fees to their enemies.
Domestically, thank God, Obama has demonstrated his boorishness, corrosive lye-full lying on so many occasions to so many constituencies that even the lame-brained Democraps are abandoning him. His banking and Wall Street buddies will soon jump ship as more of the citizenry shift away from the abomination of the Obama nation devastation.
Black Americans who'd supported Obama will be the last to act on the facts of being betrayed by Obama/Reid/Pelosi and their pimpees in local governments. The riot signs are growing among the youth; adults -- white, brown, tan, green, striped, polka-dotted, mottled -- will lose patience with these thugs and we should expect countermeasures [governmental and nongovernmental] to be displayed around November election time this year and continuing.
Obama's megalomania fuels his arrogance and stupidity. Combined with Obama's ignorance of world and domestic functioning, we are blessed with a growing, raging opposition to him and his ilk. The sooner the better, the less severe and damaging the course before its resolution. As Melville opined following the assassination of Lincoln, "Beware the people weeping when they bare the iron hand."
Vote early and often this November, protect your fronts and backs, and teach your children well.

Everything started to shift in 2008 when Obama got elected. We did not pay attention or made dumb jokes.
When he was re-elected in '12, we still did not pay attention. Fooling ourselves, aw, it can't be that bad.
It can be and is that bad. Worse than many of us can imagine.
All the evidence, all the indicators, the "you are here" on the map, complete with a big arrow.

I should print this all-caps: our system is broken. Executive — Legislative — Judicial. Checks and balances? Really?
The branches do not even function within themselves.
The irony remains with any persons that believe we can "fix" the existing system. Vote them out? Really? Pass laws?
"Democrats, Republicans, Liberals, Conservatives" these names are no longer viable. We might as well call them First String and Second String. Rotate every four years or so, keep your jerseys.

Yes, of course, and it has been since it's inception, though, as long as it mostly stayed out of everybody's business it was tolerable.
The concept was flawed from the beginning because of 2 primary premises,
1) It is financed through the crime of theft. This was done by way of shallow deception by naming the thefts various things like taxes, licenses, registrations, etc. Either ALL theft is legal or NO theft is legal. This doesn't need to be explained.
2) Mob rule, otherwise known as democracy. The notion that individuals lose the inherent natural rights they were born with and are described in the Declaration of Independence, to those of the concept of majority rule. Majority rule means either you agree with us or we ignore you and you don't matter. When an organization ignores the rights of the individual no individuals will have rights and when no individuals have rights you have chaos.
The only fix is to do away with all forms of gov't. Civilized people will find ways to get along, as they do even in the presence of gov't. IOW, if you require a gov't in order to live your life you are most likely stepping on other's toes already and not deserving of a civilized existence.
In 41 years of adult life I have never once required the use of any gov't but some how have managed to be somewhat successful, decently prosperous, helpful to all, and have never harmed anyone.
I see nothing of any value in any gov't, I see only criminal intent and action.

The US military ain't coming back, the society or at least it's values that provided the excellent human material is broke and the survivors are too old to restart it.
Tim is right, but for the same reason that the left railed against Bush, we are impotent. Hamstrung by our very ingrained respect for the law when only by breaking the laws now in place can we win. It's too late to pray for another Reagan, we need a Lenin or Sam Adams.
