ALrighty then.....
Those racially oppressed "Blacks" (and other eternally oppressed folk)are free to return to...say... Liberia at ANY time. The one way ticket would have FAR less impact on "the treasury" than a lifetime of
extorted "charity" for those who just can't seem to climb out of the crab bucket.
OBVIOUSLY all those "project" buildings, reinterpretation of what Affirmative Action actually means, and "special" considerations in "free" education/"diversity", were an "unforeseen" tax payer "mistake" in unsustainable "labor" housing.
Overwhelm the Bread and Circuses...

The Economist magazine reported on a psychology study: people were asked if they would rather earn $300,000 a year, when everyone else was earning the same $300,000 a year, or if they would rather earn $150,000 a year, when everyone else was earning $100,000, ceteris paribus [everything else being equal].
Most folks said would rather earn the $150,000. That's how important social status is.
And that is why negroes from Africa are so unhappy. They are immensely better off here. On average they have a hundred times the financial assets of the average African. They know this.
But they are miserable. Is there any culture that puts more emphasis on status with peers? They know they are far better off than if they had stayed in Africa. The fact that their ancestors were slaves matters little, even though it gets most of the blame. But that doesn't matter now. They are profoundly unhappy critters. Status is the reason.
Contrast their lot with, say, Irish immigrants to America in the early 19th century. They knew they were much better off than their European counterparts. But they appreciated it. Blacks don't. Blacks would rather be the headman in a dirt poor village in Cameroon than have a Caddilac in Beverly Hills.
That, folks, is the central difference between white and black people.
