There is the world dimensional for those untwisted by the love of things irreconcilable ...

".. the love of things irreconcilable."

Looking 'downward': does the soil begrudge the plant's leaf the nutrients giving it life?, does the rain, air, fragmented rock, microbes. and sunlight begrudge the soil accumulating their contributions to itself?

Looking 'upward': does the leaf begrudge the spider a habitat and food?, does the spider begrudge itself as sustenance for bird or other predator ?

And we, when it's our turn to be absorbed by that
Mystery, will we begrudge the transition?

I admire the sharpness of eye of the photographer. How many of us would have passed right by that tiny spidery constellation without noticing it?

Just another opportunist filling the void of decay to acquire the next meal. The cycle of instinct, invention, life and death - evolution. Here I watch the fall ... its ochre magnificance and its annual reminder that winter is nigh: for many a leaf, its first and last. For many a soul: uncertainty - for now, but the inevitability remains. Gather the leaves, make good use of them to cultivate the continuum ... while ye may.
