A bull may understand a fight in a ring against a matador, such as it is. And has a sense to prevail and at times does.
But the primal fear of fire is a cruel thing to inflict on any mortal creature. More cruel than the picadores or matador.
God's warnings are full of images of fire for a reason. It's pure terror. How ugly!
