The woman on the mag cover sort of looks like Lena Dunham, but she is 50 lbs. lighter than that sow.

The linked article (Hollywood Reporter) says it is a photo of Leah Dunham. May be a typo and it may be Lena.

Btw, a comment somewhere points out the multilevular wordplay in that tattoo - "Take me, elephant boy" - suggesting Dunham's deep need to be mounted by a Republican as well as hinting at the possibility of a play on Sabu (Sabo) The Elephant Boy.
