The Republicans are appeasers. They will not risk open war with the Usurper. He knows it now. He is now the Usurper Unbound. I reckon he believes he can do anything, anything at all, and no one will lift a finger to stop him. And if any one tries, well, The Usurper Unbound believes he has all the guns.
