We had one of those in my hometown back in the day. Many years of going out of business sales. It was a tourist town, so they were aiming to flim flam those just passing through. The natives - we were on to them.
I loved the "Opening soon in Northgate."
We've all got one of these type "Always going out of business" businesses around us.
