Yeah, I would say the addition of a cup of Everclear certainly would help put some wow in it. About 130 proof would be right.

I put up a few quarts last March. Works great as a dressing for salads and greens if you dont care to drink it straight. 3 fingers of a fine Gin on the rocks and a splash of fire cider also makes for a fine dirty martini.
