This is exactly as it should be. Allah commanded Muslims to not be “of a place,” like England. Instead, as with our modern ideologies, the Muslim elite was to be supranational. What the author wishes for: that Moslems become British, will never happen.

Great Britain is a huge gun-free zone. English citizens cannot defend themselves against any form of violent criminal behavior. Add to that the "religious" nature of the immigrants and the citizenry is defenseless.
