Rather than posting my (lengthy) opinion on this topic here, I invite you all to visit my blog and read it there.
I will say that I wish we lived in a society where this kind of freedom of association upon private property existed on all levels. Why is it OK for a guy to say "no anti-vaxxers in my waiting room", but not OK for a guy to say "no blacks at my lunch counter" or "no homosexual 'wedding' cakes in my bakery"?
A man is either free to use his private property as he wishes, or he is not. If the government can force you to do business with someone against your will, it's hard to see how it's really your business in any real sense.

The days of free association in this country are long past. We no longer have a two party system. That batch in DC called Congress is the VFW: Very Few Welcome. Look at what occurred overnight in DC with Net Neutrality and DHS vote. Next will be a vote to admit Mexico as State 51.

I had a client way back who was a well known orthopedic surgeon who was so high up on the pharmaceuticals love list, that he and his wife got a two week all expenses paid vacation. A vacation to the most exclusive (expensive) hotel in Maui every year. The suite was in the several thousands $ per night. Prescribe and inject and prescribe and inject your way to wealth and all sorts of nice perks. Politicians are of a similar breed.

Amen.
While I certainly don't appreciate his threats to unleash the power of the state on people who decline to toe his line regarding the proper application modern medicine, I also think he'll be getting a nasty gram or two from various payor sources about his attempted denial of services.
At which point he will quietly change his tune. As I doubt he is willing to give up his practice upon such boisterous displays of principle.
