Is the Federal Government in terminal bureaucratic paralysis a bug or a feature?

Paralysis would be good, Fan Man. Metastasized is not paralyzed.

Hmm, let's see...

revive the country’s demoralized intelligence services and senior officer corps, how about with the military, we purge the careerist bastards who embraced political correctness and the Obama agenda, and replace the senior level with officers who take their oath to the constitution seriously.

and along the way restore public faith in an array of deeply politicized federal bureaucracies—Justice, HHS, EPA, Labor, Internal Revenue, the NLRB, FCC, EEOC, even the Federal Reserve.
How about we use this opportunity to abolish the EEOC and the federal reserve, seriously reign in the NLRB, FCC, Labor,HHS,EPA, establish a flat tax so as to effectively de-fang the IRS, and clean house at justice by letting all Obama era political hires go. That's a start.

Nobody free thinking American expects Captain America, or any other strongman to come in and save us.

We did not get into this mess easily, we will not get out of it easily.

It will take a long time and a lot of work and money to repair the damage of the socialist long march to take over America. It is by no means yet clear that they will not succeed.

Build anew.
After 80% vanish.
There is no other way.

Needed: A sufficient citizenry willing and capable of kicking ass, their own first, followed by kicking those of the political parasites.

My uncle Letsgo Lozko, once and a while his flock would be contaminated with Galline Plague and he'd have to kill and burn them.
Start fresh, the only way once the population is too far gone for rehabilitation.
