Comments: Apparently we are supposed to be worried about fracking depleting water in California.

The longest contiguous american coastline on the largest body of water on the planet yet they have no water why?

ghost: Because a lot of people that live in Cali are whining, sniveling failures at Life. They are defined by their victimhood. They want to suffer and have the line between haves and have-nots shoved up their asses without the KY.

They vibe LOSER.

Chas: I was being facetious of course. My take is that Brown is vying for federal funding by way of emergency appropriations. I mean, why spend your own money that you don't have when you can spend other people's money that they don't have either?
Nevermind that whatever money he spends is stolen.

If we discontinued import of fossil fuels and just used what we are sitting on
we would not run out of oil until the technology came along for something better.

Well it's been sitting at $2.79 for a month around here and my tanks getting low waiting for it to drop.

@chas, the technology is already out there but the big guys are not letting it happen.
