Why bother? If we ship them enough weapons, they will kill each other. The base state of the Muslim world is tribes of transhumant goat herders separated by so much sand that they never see each other. Give them a chance, they will get there.

In ages past, Taqiyya (Islamic license to lie) kept the host and neighboring civilizations calmed and at bay. (Armenians? What Armenians??)
In this era of VAST quantities of information, albeit text/audio/video, the tool of taqiyya no longer has affect and its just a matter of time before Islam is confronted and ... well... banned... as it is a Death-Cult, albiet a 1 billion member strong Death Cult.
(... and no, harming a hair on their heads I do not think is necessary - just go after the Mullahs, the Psychopath-enforcers, and banish their Monstrous Compendium of Vacuous Grimoire (aka Quran and its corresponding hadiths) to the basement of Museums (under the sections labeled 'beliefs of our barbarous past')
I refer you to Gen Napier and his enlightened solution to removing a naughty-bit out of the Hindu Religion as the door to resolving (and probably ending) the issue of the evils of Islam:
