Comments: Here are the important facts we know about dark matter:

Carroll is a well known and disputatious atheist. He believes in a "naturalistic" explanation of the world and everything in it. He also believes in "dark matter", "dark energy", and "black holes". None of the things can be seen. Carroll is willing to attribute reality to them because they are necessary to make his equations work. But, neither he nor you can see them, hear them, touch them, smell them, nor taste them. Logically, Carroll and the other Modern Epicureans require just as much faith in the unseen as any revealed religion.

Maybe that's where entropy went. Haven't heard of it in a while.

Dr. Randell Mills, founder of Blacklight Power Inc., believes that dark matter may be largely composed of hydrinos, a kind of low-energy form of ordinary hydrogen. I don't know the reasoning why he thinks this as I don't have enough background to understand mathematical physics, much less hydrino theory.

We don't "know" anything about dark matter, because it is completely theoretical. You can't know something that is entirely speculative.

I thought hydrinos were those blue flowered potted plants we all send for Mother's day.
