Frank's Red Hot is chemical crap.
Sriracha is like 1/4 sugar, I don't mind the flavor but too sweet.
I like Tobasco but the best I've had is called Cajun Sunshine; tough to find but quality.

Try the Weber shake-on powdered stuff, not too bad. I put it on everything.
Split a ripe mango around the middle, twist the 2 sides off the seed, using a butter knife cross hatch the interiors, flip inside out and place on a plate, dust them with the powder, grab a spoon. yowza, you're in for a treat.

Louisiana hot sauce (brand) is made in Chicago. Weird. Anyway the best hot sauce in the world is Tabasco

If you have to put that stuff on food, you're eating MRE's.

In my childhood school cafeteria (Hamlin, Texas), there was a small bottle of Trappey's Hot Pepper Sauce on every table. Because they fed us pinto beans at least three times a month. And weiners and sauerkraut. And pimento cheese sandwiches. Don't you put pepper sauce on your pimento cheese?
