Turning Islamic cities into a sea of glass would not be a difficult undertaking. Simply withdraw all American forces in the theater to Israel in a rapid evacuation, and nuke the shiite out of the bastards.

Of course, Obama and his surrogate mother, Valerie Jarrett, would never acquiesce to such an obvious solution. It would certainly end his pursuit of their ultimate goal--UN Secretary General.

Killing the jihadists and other Muslims, to them, is a reward and guarantees their entry to Paradise.

The root of our problem is in the Koran and Sunna and in the fear engendered in Muslims if they are not being absolutely faithful to the precepts therein. Which means we must be converted to Islam, subjugated, or murdered.

To destroy those roots requires dismantling those texts as false and having the Muslims believe they've been misled.

Small chance of succeeding, but there is no other realistic path.

Read the K-RAN. Then read one or more of the excellent books available that explain just what this work of a madman/psychopath really is.

Then you will hopefully understand why this book and its followers must be burned up in a hellacious firestorm. And there is no reason to worry about collateral damage. If one wants to save civilization that is.

You are missing something. Several somethings, in fact. First of all, the destruction of Mecca and Medina would be absolute proof that the supposedly all-powerful Allah is incapable of protecting the holiest places of the One True Faith - or, at least, that he is greatly displeased with Muslims in general.

Secondly, one of the Five Pillars of Islam is hajj, the pilgrimage to Mecca to walk in circles around a meteorite (among other similarly idolatrous rituals). Difficult to do, if said rock is spread as nanofine dust over thousands of square miles of desert and the building holding it is replaced by a hundred-metre-deep hole.

Further to the second point, IMHO the dropping of a B83 bomb on Barad-Dur ought to be delayed somewhat - to allow for the installation of a quarter-ton or so of cobalt in a shell around the workings. After all, the hajj becomes even more difficult if going there becomes lethal, or if going there guarantees your kids will have two heads.

(AFAIK the B83 is the largest in the US arsenal these days at 1.2MT. Big enough.)

I just heard on the radio today that the U.S. Air Force destroyed a convoy of thirty ISIS trucks that were carrying oil to sell.

The kicker: Just before the attack, other USAF aircraft dropped leaflets warning the drivers of what was coming, so they could get away and not get hurt. Then the trucks were destroyed.

No doubt that order came directly from the C-inC.

I've been saying for nearly a decade that Islam is a very brittle ideology tied to places like Mecca and Medina which, if they ceased to exist, would take Islam down with them.

Islam is a do this, don't do that ideology which, if you can prevent them from carrying out some of the compulsory Dos, would stop being a viable ideology.
Nuke Mecca and the Hajj, which is a compulsory Do, would cease to exist.
This would show Muslims that their god was a false god incapable of protecting his most important city.
